DRAW REVIEW SUBMITTAL

  • Monthly site visits to review project progress
  • Interview contractor concerning draw request
  • Overall schedule review
  • General site appearance and safety
  • Verify SWPPP
  • Collect and review invoices
  • Collect and review license
  • Collect and review insurance
  • Collect and review conditional and unconditional waivers as required
  • Submit complete draw packet to lender with payment recommendations 

DISBURSEMENT CONTROL

  • Issue payments and joint checks through online payment portal
  • Maintain disbursement records
  • Collect W-9 and 1099 tax forms

CLOSE OUT REVIEW

  • Review final punch list created by owner, architect, and general contractor
  • Review all documents pertaining to the completion of the project
    • Notice of completion
    • Certificate of occupancy
    • Certificate of completion
  • Review O&M documentation
  • Review final lien waivers and overall completion of the project prior to the final release of funds
