- Verify SWPPP
- Collect and review invoices

- Collect and review conditional and unconditional waivers as required
- Submit complete draw packet to lender with payment recommendations
DISBURSEMENT CONTROL
- Issue payments and joint checks through online payment portal
- Maintain disbursement records
- Collect W-9 and 1099 tax forms
CLOSE OUT REVIEW
- Review final punch list created by owner, architect, and general contractor
- Review all documents pertaining to the completion of the project
- Notice of completion
